Q: Do you offer laundry service?
A:

We offer two self-service coin-operated laundry facilities on our property. We also have a valet laundry/dry cleaning service that provides excellent service.
For same-day service please drop off your valet bag, at Guest Services, before 8:30 am. Valet service is not available weekends.

Q: Do you have a spa? What are the hours?
A:

We do not have an on-site spa facility available. In-room spa services may be arranged through the Guest Services.

Q: Do you have a pool?
A:

Penticton Ramada has a heated outdoor pool located in the Courtyard, open seasonally from April 15 – October 15. The Courtyard also features a hot tub which is open year-round, a children’s playground as well as guest-use gas barbeques.

Q: Do you have a business center?
A:

We have a 24-hour business facility located in the lobby reception.

Q: Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
A:

The Kettle Valley Station Pub provides daily room service from Noon to 10:00 pm.

Q: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
A:

Penticton Ramada offers a fitness facility on the Poolside patio in the summer (April 15 – October 15) and is located in Room 229 during the winter months. Equipment includes an elliptical machine, universal gym, treadmill and stationary bike. The fitness facilities are open daily 9:00 am – 11:00 pm. The Penticton Ramada also has an exclusive partnership with The Gym in downtown Penticton. This award winning facility boasts the finest equipment and programs in the South Okanagan. Q: How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
A:

Complimentary high-speed wired and/or wireless internet is available in guest rooms and complimentary wireless throughout the hotel and restaurant.

Q: Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
A:

Penticton Ramada is non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Please consult with Guest Services on the location of the designated areas. A Room Recovery Fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking guestroom.

Q: What is check in/check-out time?
A:

Check in time is anytime after 3 pm. If you require other arrangements, please make a request prior to your arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
