Q: Do you offer laundry service?

A:We offer two self-service coin-operated laundry facilities on our property. We also have a valet laundry/dry cleaning service that provides excellent service.
For same-day service please drop off your valet bag, at Guest Services, before 8:30 am. Valet service is not available weekends.

Q: Do you have a spa? What are the hours?

A: We do not have an on-site spa facility available. In-room spa services may be arranged through the Guest Services.

Q: Do you have a pool?

A: Ramada Penticton has a heated outdoor pool located in the Courtyard, open seasonally from approximately May 15 – September 15 (Weather Permitting). The Courtyard also features a hot tub which is open year-round, a children’s playground as well as guest-use gas barbeques.

Q: Do you have a business center?

A: We have a 24-hour business facility located in the lobby reception.

Q: Do you offer room service? What are the hours?

A: The Station Public House provides daily room service from Noon to 10:00 pm.

Q: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?

A: Ramada Penticton offers a fitness center is located on the Second floor of the South Lobby and equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike and elliptical. Use your room key for entrance. Available from 5:30am – 10:00pm.

Q: How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?

A: Complimentary high-speed wired and/or wireless internet is available in guest rooms and complimentary wireless throughout the hotel and restaurant.

Q: Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

A: Ramada Penticton is non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Please consult with Guest Services on the location of the designated areas. A Room Recovery Fee will be charged for smoking in a non-smoking guestroom.

Q: When is check in/check-out time?

A: Check in time is anytime after 3 pm. If you require other arrangements, please make a request prior to your arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, availability of rooms cannot be guaranteed. Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Q: I want flowers, chocolates, champagne, gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?

Q: Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?

A: For a nightly pet charge of $15 plus applicable taxes per pet, pets are welcome at the Ramada Penticton with no restriction on types or size. Pet owners are expected to be responsible for any damage or cleaning charges that may occur while at the Hotel. Guests with pets will be located in designated pet rooms.


Q: How are rates guaranteed? Is there a charge for an extra person?

A: All rates are based on availability and subject to change without notice. Rates are guaranteed with a confirmation number at the time of booking. Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional adults are subject to a $20 charge plus taxes per person per night.

Q: Do you have connecting rooms?

A: We do have a limited number of connecting rooms on our property. This is on a request basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Q: Do you have rooms with kitchens?

A: We do have a limited number of Suites with kitchens on the property. These Suites include a fireplace, living room, a dining area and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, complete dishware for four, and pots and pans.

Q: What age do kids stay for free?

A: Kids 17 and under stay for free, when accompanied by an adult.

Q: Is my ID/passport required at check in? Is a credit card required at check in?

A: We do require a government issued photo ID at the time of check in for all reservations. All guests are also required to provide a credit card at check in.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?

A: We accept all Major Credit Cards. Debit and Cash may be used for payment upon check out.

Q: Do you have an early departure fee?

A: Notification of departure changes must occur 24 hours prior to the new check-out date. An early departure fee of up to one night’s room and tax may apply on all reservations.

Q: What is your deposit/cancellation policy?

A: A deposit of one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking for reservations booked from April 15th – October 15th, as well as special events. Deposit requirements are confirmed at the time of booking. If a cancellation occurs outside 48 hours prior to arrival, no penalties apply and the deposit is fully refunded. If a cancellation occurs inside 48 hours prior to arrival, 1st night’s room and tax will apply as a penalty. A cancellation number is provided at the time of notification, confirming the cancellation. Cancellation policy is subject to change and may be extended for special events.

Q: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

A: Please contact the website with which you made your reservation.

Q: Will your rooms allow rollways’ and/or cribs? Is there a charge?

A: Ramada Penticton offers rollaway beds based on availability for $10/night. Please be aware that some rooms do not allow rollaway beds. Playpens are also available at no charge.

Special Requests

Q: Do you take special requests?

A: At the time of booking, reservation agents are only able to reserve and confirm a specific room type. We cannot confirm room numbers and/or the location of a guestroom. If you have any special requirements, please request at the time the reservation is booked. We will make every effort to accommodate your request on the day of arrival.

Q: Do you have onsite parking?

A: Ramada Penticton offers complimentary parking to all guests of the hotel.

Q: What are your cross streets?

A: We are located on the corner of Eckhardt Avenue & Comox Street.
